I was excited to hear that the Staff at Loose Id Publishing picked one of my books for their Staff Picks section. It’s a nice honor and it makes one feel validated. I love writing for Loose Id. They’re a wonderful, super responsive and professional organization. My editor there is great and puts me through my paces, which I need. (Right, Kathleen Fawn Calhoun? Nudge, nudge, wink, wink.)
I’ve begun writing for other houses as well. Evernight Publishing, Dreamspinners, and also I’ve signed a contract with Ellora’s Cave. Each house has it’s own distinct style and way of doing things. It’s fascinating to experience actually. So far everyone of them I’ve enjoyed working with.
I look forward to 2014 and hope it is an amazing year for all!
